Submitting an application form does not guarantee a place. All applications are considered according to availability, staffing arrangements and the sessions requested. A member of our team will contact you after we receive your completed form.

🌈 HETTY Preschool

Please complete the HETTY Preschool Application Form if you would like to apply for a preschool place.

The form allows you to tell us:

  • Your child’s details
  • Your preferred start date
  • The days and sessions you require
  • Whether you may be eligible for funded childcare
  • Important medical, dietary or additional support information
  • Your contact details

PreSchool application pack 2024-2025

🎒 Wraparound Care

Our Wraparound Care includes Breakfast Club and After-School Care.

Please complete the Wraparound Care Application Form if your child attends Hoole CE Primary School and requires care before or after the school day.

You will be able to request:

  • Breakfast Club sessions
  • After-School Care sessions
  • Regular weekly bookings
  • Information about your child’s medical, dietary or additional needs
  • Emergency contact details

☀️ Holiday Care

Holiday Care is offered during selected school holidays, subject to sufficient demand and availability.

Please complete the Holiday Care Application Form to request the dates and sessions you require.

Places are limited and must be confirmed by HETTY before attendance. Please do not assume that a place has been reserved until you receive confirmation from us.
