Mrs Denise Bowes is our HETTY Manager, and Mrs Sue Noden is our Deputy Manager.

Mrs Su Chester is our B.Ed. qualified teacher who is responsible for the educational direction of the setting. She will work alongside the key persons to ensure each child has the opportunity to access all aspects of the EYFS. Mrs Chester can be contacted by phoning the setting or via the email address mrschesterteacher@gmail.com 

In addition we have Ms Solange Wood who is a qualified early years teacher specialising in 0-5 year olds, supporting Mrs Chester. 

To provide a strong ‘family’ feel for your child our setting operates a ‘Key Person’ system.  Each member of staff will teach across the whole age range in session times, however, with another colleague, they are responsible for a small ‘family’ group of children for the years they spend at HETTY. They will be the people who work closely with you to make sure that what we provide is right for your child’s particular needs and interests.  When your child first starts at the setting, you will be told the names of your child’s ‘Key Person’ who will help your child to settle in. Throughout your child’s time with us, they will help your child to gain greatest benefit from all our setting can offer.

Any changes to arrangements, compliments or concerns, however, should be shared with Mrs Bowes as she leads the whole setting and is accountable to the Trustees for all that occurs.
